Multicultural skills and legal knowledge development of employees and employees-to-be in the particular areas of the Civil Service

The project aims to develop, deepen and strenghten multicultural skills and legal knowledge of employees and future employees in selected sectors of state administration in the area of migration and integration. Target group are especially those employees of state administration who frequently get in touch with foreigners at work and thus play significant role in the integration process. Project is also focused on future employees of state administration – students of specialized secondary police schools and Police Force Academy, who, as members of police force, will be meeting foreigners while performing their duties. Project is being implemented by Human Rights League and cooperating female lawyers who run the individual trainings.
