Project offers complex and effective provision of legal aid to third country nationals, with special focus on separated children (unaccompanied minors) and other vulnerable groups of migrants. Legal counselling is provided by qualified and professional team of lawyers in offices in Bratislava and Košice. Project offers most cost-effective way of legal aid combined of legal advice and representation when necessary. Realization of project will further enhance the independence and self-support of the target group and their leadership. The added value of the project is the aim to develop the quality of information provided to general public on the topics of immigration and integration.
Main objective of the project is supporting the integration process of third country nationals with special focus on unaccompanied minors. Specific objectives of the project are:
1. Support the stability of the residence and increase the quality level of the legal conditions of and information provided for the target group
2. Empowerment of the target group
3. Targeting special needs of unaccompanied minors
4. Development of public information on immigration and integration
Expected outputs of the project:
1. Improvement of access of target group to legal aid and improvement of integration process of the target group
2. Improvement of protection frame of unaccompanied minors
3. Elimination of the barriers to integration
4. Existing and available public information on immigration and integration
