we would like to inform you that a new Act on Aliens entered into force on the January 1, 2012. Act is published in the Collection of Laws under No. 404/2011 Coll. on Residence of Foreigners.
New Act replaced the previous Act. 48/2002 Coll. on Residence of Aliens, adopted in 2002.
