Changes in Legal Aid

Dear Clients

due to the restrictions in funding since 1 July 2015 with regard to legal aid for migrants, asylum seekers, recognized refugees and subsidiary protection holders, please pay attention to following changes:

We will provide you with free legal aid through our online legal help only or through the email sent to chaloupkovahrl.sk or hrlhrl.sk

Personal meeting can be requested based on previous email request sent on above mentioned addresses, online legal help or based on previous phone call arrangments on these numbers: +421 (0)2 544 35 437 or mobile +421 0918 682 457

HRL lawyer Monika Chaloupková (chaloupkovahrl.sk) is available only at this time:

Tuesdays: 13:00 - 17:00

Wednesdays: 9:00 - 13:00

Based on the funding restrictions, please respect these instructions. In the case of non-compliance, Human Right League has the right to not provide free legal aid.

Please note that we can not cover the costs of translation, interpretation, fee stamps or to cover your travel and you are required to self-fund these expenses.
